Terms and conditions


Registration must be submitted online using the registration form until the deadline, 31st August 2018.

Receipt of the registration form will be automatically acknowledged to your email address. This automated email answer does not mean confirmation to your booking until you receive an email from the hosts confirming to you that there are still places available.

Attention: In case of limited capacity and if the programme is oversubscribed in an AGM venue, tourist guides of FEG member-associations and one accompanying person will be given preference on a serve-come-first-served basis.

Pre- and post-meeting tours will have a minimum of 30 pax.

All bookings – including the main programme – will be on a first come first served basis, since there is a capacity limit is some of the venues. In case of hotel room unavailability, a second centrally located hotel option will be opened for registrations and participants will be notified in due course.

Participants are asked to register first, but pay for the packages and book their flights only after the host organisers confirm to them by e-mail that there are still available places left.

Participants are strongly advised to have medical and travel insurance.


Registration fees must be paid in full by bank transfer with a deadline on the 31st August 2018.

Please ensure that your name/s is included in the bank transfer.

Registrations not paid in full by the due date of the deadline will be canceled. No hotel rooms, meals or coach tours vacancy can be guaranteed after the deadline of the programme payments, the 31st August 2018 by the organisers.

Cancellation and changes

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. Your cancellation or changes will be acknowledged by return email.

Registration fees will be refunded where cancellation is received before the 31st August 2018.
No fees will be returned where cancellations are made after that date.

In all cases, payment handling costs of 10% will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

Any participant who selects a registration package in a double room to share with an appointed participant agrees that – in case the other appointed participant does not register or cancels after registering – the remaining registered participant will pay double room price unless another participant shares the double room.

FEG Optional Seminars

For any FEG course or seminar which is mentioned as optional in the program registration and payment will be made in advance.
List of the participants will be confirmed based on the order of registration date.
FEG reserves the right to cancel seminars & courses if there is insufficient enrolment. In such case money paid will be returned.
